The norms specify the required inputs for producing 1 kg of the export product, including aluminium scrap or ingots, PTFE non-stick coating material, high-temperature resistance coating material, and Bakelite moulding powder. Specific conditions apply, such as the allowance of Bakelite moulding powder only if the product includes a Bakelite handle, and the high-temperature resistance coating only if the product is painted. Amendments to these norms have been made through public notices.
