Power electronics equipment import eligibility subject to FTP input-use determination and suspension of specified items under Public Notice.

Applicants must perform an input-use determination to establish the proportion of various inputs required for each resultant export product and ensure that goods actually imported correspond to those used or required in the exported product; the SION for power electronics equipment is suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25, and specified items (including MOV, clip cells, RC networks) carry a Net + 2% wastage provision.
