Standard input-output norms set permissible inputs and usage rates for manufacturing six layer copper clad laminate PCBs, listing raw materials, chemicals, tooling and process consumables across drilling, imaging, etching, plating, soldering, lamination and multi layer processing. Applicants importing these inputs must follow the determination of input proportions: goods imported must be those used or required in the declared export product and proportions must conform to prescribed norms to ensure compliance with FTP import entitlement and verification.
