Input-output norms for 100% woollen worsted yarn (dyed/grey) set prescribed proportions of scoured wool or wool tops and minor inputs (tinting, softening agents and metal complex dyes). Import of dyes is permitted only if the export product is dyed. Applicants must ensure imported goods match the inputs actually used or required in the exported yarn, with proportions determined by the schedule governing allowable imports.
