Norms specified: per 1 kg export product, required polyester-viscose yarn input varies-1.045 kg for dyed, 1.055 kg for printed, 1.075 kg for mixed; disperse dyes at 2% of polyester weight; vat/reactive dyes at 1.5% of viscose weight; optical whitening agent 0.005 kg; softening agent 0.01 kg. Determination of permissible input proportions governs manufacture, and importers must ensure imported inputs are those used or required in the export product.
