Permit allows import of inputs in specified proportions per 1 kg export product: acrylic fibre or acrylic yarn (1.24 kg or 1.15 kg respectively), polyester filament yarn (1.05 kg), Lylex cloth (net-to-net), and cationic (acrylic) dyes at 2% of acrylic content. Determination of permissible input proportions is required; importers must ensure imported goods correspond to inputs actually used or required in the manufactured export product.
