Standard Input-Output Norms set permissible input ratios for dyed and/or printed synthetic blankets: per kilogram of export product the allowable inputs are acrylic fibre or acrylic yarn (1.24 kg/kg or 1.15 kg/kg respectively), polyester filament yarn (1.05 kg/kg), Lylex cloth net-to-net, and cationic dyes not exceeding 2% of the acrylic content. Applicants must ensure imported goods are those used in the export product and that input proportions conform to the prescribed norms.
