of <h1>Input-output norms for Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) manufacturing and export under Public Notice No. 03/2024-25</h1> Standards under the Foreign Trade Policy set input-output norms for manufacture/export of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with bound acrylonitrile 33±1% (butadiene 67±1%), suspended per Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 (03-05-2024). For 1 MT NBR the prescribed inputs: acrylonitrile 363 kg, 1,3-butadiene 737 kg, antioxidant 23.48 kg, emulsifier 54.06 kg, chain modifier 13.48 kg, chain terminating agent 9.10 kg, defoamer 4.03 kg, inhibitor 0.27 kg, coagulant 33.03 kg. Variations in bound acrylonitrile require pro rata adjustment of acrylonitrile/butadiene entitlements. Importers must ensure imported inputs match those used in the export product.
