Standard input-output norms prescribe component proportions for U.V. curable printing ink (various colours, flush route; pigment ~15% 1%), listing per-kilogram allocations for resins, reactive monomers, photoinitiator combos, wax and additives; the entry notes suspension by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25. Applicants must determine and use the prescribed input proportions in manufacture and ensure imported goods correspond to inputs actually used in the export product, enforcing import-use conformity.
