Input-output norms govern permissible imported inputs and accessory limits for export of fibre glass mat products.

Standard FTP input-output norms set input allowances for manufacture of fibre glass mats and related products, identifying fibre glass rovings, woven rovings and tissue at 1.05 kg per kg of export content, and permitting ancillary items such as chopping blades and stitching needles up to 5% of FOB value. Applicants must ensure imported inputs are those actually used or required in the exported product, and proportions of various inputs must be determined for each resultant product.
