Specified input proportions for the product are: dry tissue paper at 1.05 kg per kg net dry tissue, polypropylene moulding powder/granules at 1.05 kg per kg of plastic content and accessories, and preservatives (methyl/paraben or propyl paraben) at 6.5% of the weight of tissue paper. The schedule governs determination of input proportions for resulting products and requires applicants to ensure imported inputs correspond to those actually used or required in the exported product.
