Standard Input-Output Norms for Vat Brown DY CDP (Vat Brown 57) set specified inputs with stated quantities and note suspension by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. The norms require determination of the proportion of inputs used in manufacture of resultant export products and impose on applicants the obligation to ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product.
