of <h1>Public Notice suspends standard input-output norms for N-tert-butyl decahydro isoquinoline-3-(S)-carboxamide production, requiring imported inputs to match exports</h1> Standard input-output norms for production of N-tert-butyl decahydro isoquinoline-3-(S)-carboxamide (cis-decahydro carboxamide) under Chemical & Allied Products classification are listed and currently suspended per Public Notice dated 03-05-2024. For 1 kg finished product the norms specify: L-phenylalanine 4.11 kg; tert-butyl amine 3.96 kg; benzyl chloroformate 3.96 kg; L-(+)-tartaric acid 1.28 kg; 5% ruthenium or rhodium on charcoal/carbon/aluminium 0.058 kg. The schedule governs allowable input proportions and requires applicants to ensure imported inputs correspond to those used or required in the export product.
