Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy set permissible composition and quantities of chemical inputs for manufacture of specified export products, noting Metoxuron Technical 97% Minimum as suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25. Applicants must determine and justify proportions of inputs used in manufacture and ensure imported goods are those actually required and used in the export product, with import authorisations conditioned on such input-to-output conformity.
