of <h1>Export norms for zirconium oxide grinding media per Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 require specified input quantities and CIF limit</h1> Standard input-output norms under the Foreign Trade Policy for zirconium oxide macro/micro grinding media (80% zirconium dioxide, 20% cerium oxide) list, per 1 MT export: zirconium dioxide 840.0 kg, cerium oxide 210.0 kg, ammonium alginate 50 kg, and eight high-alumina refractory slabs/trays. CIF value of ammonium alginate and refractory slabs/trays combined must not exceed 5% of the FOB export value. The entry is noted as suspended per Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 (03-05-2024). Applicants must ensure imported inputs correspond to those required and actually used in manufacture.
