of <h1>Public notice suspends SION A1833 norms; allowed export-linked imports for granite slabs: steel grit 5%, diamond blades 4%, abrasives 3%</h1> Standard Input-Output Norms for unpolished/polished granite slabs under Chemical & Allied Products (SION A1833) are suspended by Public Notice No. 03/2024-25 dated 03-05-2024. Permitted inputs for export-linked imports include steel grits/shots or gangsaw blades up to 5% of FOB value, diamond segments/circular saw blades or blanks up to 4% of FOB value, and polishing abrasives (for polished slabs only) up to 3% of FOB value; consumables at the diamond blades entry are allowed only for slabs cut to regular geometrical shapes. Applicants must ensure imported goods correspond to inputs used in the exported product.
