of <h1>New SION Norms for EPDM Sponge Rubber: Detailed Raw Material Requirements for Export Products</h1> The Standard Input-Output Norms (SION) for manufacturing EPDM Solid to Sponge Rubber Profiles with a steel strip, as per the Foreign Trade Policy. For every 100 kg of the final product, specific quantities of raw materials and chemicals are required: 36.65 kg of EPDM Rubber, 1.46 kg of Zinc Oxide, 5.18 kg of Carbon Black, 0.36 kg of Stearic Acid, 10.54 kg of Process Oil, 0.72 kg of Blowing Agent, 0.36 kg of Sulphur, 0.25 kg of PEG, 3.40 kg of various rubber chemicals, and 60.10 kg of un-punched steel strip. Importers must ensure these inputs are used in the export product.
