Standard input-output norms for printed, ruled and plain cards prescribe per kg ceilings for substrate (Art & Chrome Paper/Board/Art Board/white Card Board, coated/uncoated), limits for coloured hot foil stamping foil (standard grade, allowed only if used in the export item), and percentages of FOB value for offset printing ink (allowed for printed and ruled cards, disallowed for plain cards). Importers must ensure imported inputs are those used or required in the exported product and proportions of inputs are subject to determination by authorities.
