For paper, paper products and stationery (code A1554) permitted inputs include art/chrome paper/board and white coated/uncoated card board (1.02 kg), coloured hot-foil stamping foil (0.104 kg), and offset printing ink (up to 1% of FOB value). The schedule requires determination of proportions of various inputs used in manufacture and obliges applicants to ensure imported goods correspond to those actually required and used in the export product.
