Specified input quantities per metric ton include polymers and processing agents (polyvinyl alcohol, antisticking agent, plasticising agent, wetting agent, defoaming agent, lubricant, deflocculant), silicon carbide refractory slabs, and triple-lined HDPE packing; imports must match proportions required and actually be used in the exported products.
