Standard Input Output Norms list chemical inputs (A710: Meta Toluidine; Meta Nitro Toluene) and record that the SION has been suspended. They require determination of the proportion of inputs usable or required in manufacture and impose on applicants the obligation to ensure imported goods are those used or required in the export product.
