of <h1>From 22 Sep 2025, specified glass goods (excluding imitation jewellery) attract 18% GST, aligning with notified IGST rate</h1> Effective 22-09-2025, the schedule subjects listed glass goods to an 18% GST rate, including imitation pearls, imitation precious or semi-precious stones and similar glass smallwares and their articles excluding imitation jewellery; glass eyes excluding prosthetic articles; lamp-worked glass statuettes and ornaments excluding imitation jewellery; and glass microspheres not exceeding 1 mm in diameter. The change implements the notified IGST rate applicable from that date.
