of <h1>From 22 Sept 2025, paper bobbins, spools and similar supports now taxable at 18% GST under Notification No. 09/2025</h1> From 22 September 2025, bobbins, spools, cops and similar supports of paper pulp, paper or paperboard (whether or not perforated or hardened) are classified as taxable goods under Schedule II and subject to GST at 18 percent. This change follows Notification No. 09/2025 - IGST(Rate) dated 17 September 2025 and becomes effective on the stated date, bringing such paper-based supports within the 18% GST rate bracket.
