For production of 1 kg of the finished Papain NF/USP, required inputs include papain crude 1.54 kg, sodium metabisulphite 0.043 kg, EDTA 0.021 kg, citric acid 0.076 kg and ammonia 0.108 kg. Applicants must ensure imported goods correspond to the inputs actually used or required in the exported product.
