of <h1>Export rules under ITC(HS) 2022 for fish, crustaceans, molluscs: Free, Prohibited, Restricted, size and species limits</h1> This Schedule lists export classifications and policies for fish, crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic invertebrates under ITC(HS) 2022: the majority of listed items are permitted (Free), but specified items are Prohibited (notably shark fins and shark fin products) and certain wild or protected species listed under the Wild Life (Protection) Act or CITES require ownership certificates or are banned; some exports require Restricted Export Authorisation. Consignments deemed undersized or below specified minimum weights face restrictions; specific size/weight-based prohibitions apply to certain lobsters, prawns and silver pomfret (fresh/chilled/frozen under 300 g).
