The Central Government, exercising powers under section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and rule 8 of the Special Economic-Zone Rules, 2006, notifies an additional area in named villages of Satyavedu and Vardayya Palem Mandals, Andhra Pradesh, as part of the existing multiproduct SEZ, records approval of transfer of developer approval to a successor private company, and references prior approvals for additional land and later de-notifications.
