of <h1>India Amends Customs Notifications on Import Exemptions Under Advance Licence for Annual Requirement, Referencing Past Notifications</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance, has issued Notification No. 86/2008-Customs, amending previous notifications No. 93/2004-Customs and No. 94/2004-Customs dated 10th September 2004. These amendments pertain to exemptions on goods imported under the Advance Licence for Annual Requirement. The modifications involve inserting specific references to earlier notifications, such as 32/99-CE dated 8th July 1999 and others, into the conditions of the original notifications.
