of <h1>New Foreign Trade Policy Amendment: Previous Notices Valid Unless Conflicting with Current Rules, Para 1.4A Added</h1> The Central Government has amended Chapter-1A of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 by inserting a new paragraph, 1.4A, following Para 1.4. This new provision states that previous Public Notices, Policy Circulars, Notifications, or Decisions will remain effective under the current policy, provided they do not conflict with the new policy and procedures. This amendment is issued under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and is intended to serve the public interest.
