of <h1>Central Government Updates Import Licensing Note in ITC (HS) Schedule-I for Public Interest, References Policy Circular No. 13.</h1> The Central Government has amended Schedule-I (Imports) of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2004-09, under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. This amendment adds a reference to Policy Circular No.13 (RE-08)/2004-2009 dated June 30, 2008, to Import Licensing Note No. 2 in Chapter 25, as per Notification No. 17 (RE-2008)/2004-09 dated June 27, 2007. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
