of <h1>Notification No. 34/2008-Cus. adds new location for unloading and loading goods under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended Notification No. 12/1997-CUSTOMS (N.T.) by adding a new entry to the table under serial number 12. This amendment, issued under Notification No. 34/2008-Cus., dated March 28, 2008, includes Madho Singh (Near Railway Station), District Sant Ravi Das Nagar, as a designated location for the unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods. This change is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, and follows previous amendments, with the last one being made on October 17, 2007.
