Inland container depots appointed for unloading imported goods and loading export goods across multiple states The Central Government appoints the places specified in the table as Inland Container Depots for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods, or in some cases for loading export goods alone, under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The notification supersedes the earlier appointment notification, subject to saving of things done or omitted before supersession. The table lists depots across multiple States and Union Territories, with notes recording later insertions, substitutions and omissions of particular entries.
