of <h1>Customs Act section 7: Inland Container Depot added for Dalpatpur, Moradabad, authorized to handle import unloading and export loading</h1> Under authority of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, the central customs board amends Notification No. 12/97-Customs (N.T.) to insert a new entry at serial number 12 for the State of Uttar Pradesh: Dalpatpur, Moradabad is designated as an inland container depot authorized for unloading imported goods and loading export goods (or any class thereof). The amendment supplements the table in the principal notification and updates prior amendments.
