        <h1>Import classification change: numerous goods moved to open import or restricted lists with special import licence conditions.</h1> The notification amends the ITC(HS) schedule by classifying numerous Exim codes as Free (Open General Licence) or Restricted with import allowed against Special Import Licence (SIL), deletes or replaces certain codes, and prescribes that specified codes be canalised under State Trading via the designated agency which shall follow normal commercial practice.
