Initially recognized for the financial year 2006-2007, the project is now approved for an additional two years starting from the financial year 2007-2008. This extension follows a recommendation from the National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare, confirming the project's proper execution. The approved cost remains unchanged at Rs. 1500 lakh.
