of <h1>New Customs Notification Adds Janori as Approved Site for Import and Export Operations Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Finance's Department of Revenue, has issued Notification No. 104/2007-Customs (N.T.) on October 17, 2007, amending the earlier Notification No. 12/1997-Customs (N.T.) dated April 2, 1997. This amendment adds a new entry for Janori, Taluka-Dindori, Nashik District, allowing for the unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods at this location. This change is made under the authority granted by the Customs Act, 1962, and follows a previous amendment made in August 2007.
