Exemption under Section 35AC extended for Amar Jyoti Trust project, continuing eligibility for three years from financial year 2004-2005. The Central Government, on the National Committee's recommendation, has specified Amar Jyoti Charitable Trust's scheme for construction, purchase, furnishing and running of activities for rehabilitation of persons with disability through integrated education, vocational training, medical care and employment opportunities at Delhi/Gwalior as an eligible project under Section 35AC for a further three years from financial year 2004-2005, without change to the approved project cost.
