of <h1>Duty Drawback Rate Set at Rs. 1025/MT for HSD to EOUs and SEZs under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has announced a Duty Drawback rate of Rs. 1025 per metric ton for High-Speed Diesel (HSD) supplied by domestic oil companies to Export Oriented Units (EOU) and Special Economic Zones (SEZ) under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09. This rate applies to transactions covered under Chapters 6, 7, and 8 of the policy and will remain effective until further notice. The notification is issued in the public interest.
