Anti-dumping duty continuation on Flexible Slabstock Polyol extends import restrictions pending statutory review. The Central Government, exercising powers under sub-sections (1) and (5) of Section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and rule 23 of the said Rules, amended Notification No.120/2002-Customs to insert a paragraph extending the anti-dumping duty on Flexible Slabstock Polyol (ESP) originating in or exported from the United States of America, Japan, the European Union and Singapore, keeping the notification in force until and inclusive of the specified expiry date unless revoked earlier, pending completion of the review initiated under sub-section (5) of Section 9A.
