of <h1>India exempts imports under Advance Licence from anti-dumping duties; must fulfill export obligations or replenish used articles.</h1> The Central Government of India, under the Customs Act, 1962, exempts imports against an Advance Licence from anti-dumping duties as per the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. This exemption is conditioned on the imported articles being used solely for fulfilling export obligations or replenishing used articles, without being sold or transferred. An 'Advance Licence' refers to a Quantity Based Advance Licence issued under specific Export and Import Policies from 1992-1997 and 1997-2002, which are non-transferable and for actual use only. This notification has been amended by subsequent notifications.
