However, hot rolled coils from Kazakhstan are exempt from this duty. The anti-dumping duty is calculated as the difference between specified amounts per metric tonne and the landed value of the goods. The specified amounts are Rs. 14,300 for hot rolled coils, Rs. 15,000 for strips/sheets/plates, and Rs. 22,000 for boiler quality plates.
