This decision follows findings that these imports were sold below normal value, causing injury to the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duties are set at specific rates per kilogram for each country and will be effective for five years from October 9, 2001. The duties are payable in Indian currency, with the exchange rate determined by the date of the bill of entry presentation under the Customs Act.
