of <h1>India Extends Anti-Dumping Duty on Styrene Butadiene Rubber from Korea, Japan, USA to Protect Domestic Industry</h1> The Central Government of India has imposed an anti-dumping duty on Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) imported from Korea R.P., Japan, and the USA. This decision follows a sunset review which concluded that these imports were being sold below normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duty, initially set by a 2000 notification, has been extended to prevent further injury. The duty rates are USD 0.0689/kg for Korea R.P., USD 0.1045/kg for Japan, and USD 0.197/kg for the USA. This measure will remain effective until June 27, 2010, unless revoked earlier.
