of <h1>India Imposes Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone to Protect Domestic Industry, Effective Until 2011</h1> The Central Government has imposed an anti-dumping duty on imports of 1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone from China, effective from January 10, 2006. This decision follows findings that these imports were sold in India at prices below their normal value, causing material injury to the domestic industry. The anti-dumping duty, specified in US dollars per kilogram, applies to goods originating from or exported by China. This measure, governed by the Customs Tariff Act and related rules, is intended to counteract the negative impact of such imports and will remain in force until June 30, 2011, unless revoked earlier.
