of <h1>Central Government Rescinds 2001 Customs Notification Under Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, 1975</h1> Notification No. 99/2006, dated 13th September 2006, issued by the Central Government under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, rescinds Notification No. 69/2001 - Customs, dated 26th June 2001. This action is taken under the powers conferred by section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission applies except for actions already completed or omitted before this notification. The notification is issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, and documented under reference number F.No.354/119/2005-TRU (Pt-I).
