of <h1>Anti-dumping duty on Chinese Paracetamol extended until September 2007 after review under Customs Tariff Rules, 1995.</h1> The Central Government has amended a previous notification to extend the anti-dumping duty on Paracetamol imported from China. The duty, originally set to expire on September 5, 2006, will now continue until September 5, 2007. This extension follows a review initiated by the designated authority under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, to determine the necessity of maintaining the anti-dumping duty. The review is conducted under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995.
