of <h1>Government Rescinds Anti-Dumping Duty Notifications Under Section 9A of Customs Tariff Act, Effective Immediately</h1> The Central Government has rescinded Notification No. 147/2000-CUSTOMS, dated December 19, 2000, which was extended by Notification No. 60/2005-CUSTOMS, dated July 4, 2005. This action is taken under the authority of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act and relevant rules concerning anti-dumping duties. The rescission is effective except for actions already undertaken or omitted under the previous notifications. This decision is documented in Notification No. 4/2006-CUSTOMS, dated January 17, 2006, by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
