Anti-Dumping Duties on Certain Steel Imports from Russia and China Rescinded Effective July 19, 2005
The notification No. 65/2001-Customs, dated June 25, 2001, which imposed anti-dumping duties on certain steel imports from Russia and China, has been rescinded by the Central Government as of July 19, 2005. This decision follows the designated authority's findings that, although Russian exports were below normal values, there was no continuation of injury to the domestic industry, and injury is unlikely to recur if duties are removed. Consequently, the anti-dumping duties on imports of specified steel goods from Russia and China are withdrawn, except for actions already taken under the previous notification.
