of <h1>National Savings Certificates Rule 15A amended to remove two-year limit, effective from Gazette publication date.</h1> Rule 15A of the National Savings Certificates (VIII Issue) Rules, 1989 is amended by omitting the words 'for a maximum period of two years.' This removes the prescribed two-year cap previously applicable under rule 15A, with effect from the date of publication of the amendment rules in the Official Gazette.
