of <h1>India Halts Stone Aggregate Exports to Maldives Under Foreign Trade Policy Amendment</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has amended its previous notification regarding the export of stone aggregates to the Maldives. Initially permitted for the years 2011-2014, the export of stone aggregates is now halted with immediate effect until further notice. This decision is made under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, and the Foreign Trade Policy 2009-2014. The amendment impacts Notification No. 54(RE-2010)/2009-2014, which had allowed the specified export quantities to the Maldives.
