Anti-dumping duty extension on Flexible Slabstock Polyol maintained, continuing import duty obligations for affected exporters. An amendment extends the anti-dumping duty on imports of Flexible Slabstock Polyol from the United States of America and Japan by inserting a provision in the original notification that the notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 4th day of February, 2014, unless revoked earlier, pursuant to the Customs Tariff Act and the anti-dumping rules following a continuation review and request for extension.
