of <h1>Government Extends Tax Benefit Eligibility for ENT Charitable Trust Project in Mumbai Under Section 35AC for Three Years</h1> The Central Government has extended the eligibility of the project 'Purchase of equipment, construction of building for school and center for the care of ear at Bandangari, Malad East, Mumbai' by ENT Charitable Trust, Mumbai, under section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Initially approved in 1998, the project has been extended multiple times due to its ongoing execution. The latest extension is for three years, covering the financial years 2012-13, 2013-14, and 2014-15, with the approved cost remaining at Rs. 375.00 lakh. The National Committee for Promotion of Social and Economic Welfare recommended this extension.
